“After the difficult announcement to close our site in Shannon after almost 50 years, our focus was to select an Outplacement Service Provider that we could partner with to provide the high level of support we wanted for our employees. We chose Harmonics because the employee was at the core of their service. There was a lot of understandable concern on site following the closure announcement.
